80F Members constituting tribunal
At a hearing of a chapter 5A application, the tribunal must be constituted by 3 members.
To the extent practicable, the tribunal must include the following members who have, in the president’s opinion, knowledge and experience of persons with impaired capacity for matters—
either—
a senior member who is an Australian lawyer; or
an ordinary member who is an Australian lawyer;
a member who is a paediatrician;
another member.
In this section—paediatrician means a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the medical profession as a specialist registrant in the specialty of paediatrics and child health, other than as a student.
