(1)
The following provisions of chapter 7 apply in relation to a chapter 5A application and a proceeding under this part—
• part 1 (other than sections 102 and 106)
• section 122
• part 3 (other than section 125)
• part 4 (other than sections 128, 129, 134, 138 and 138A)
• part 6
• part 8 (other than section 163).
(2)
The remaining provisions of chapter 7 do not apply in relation to a chapter 5A application or a proceeding under this part.
(3)
However, this part contains additional provisions that apply in relation to a chapter 5A application and a proceeding under this part.
