38A Application of Pt 4A
(1)
This Part applies to—
(a)
a class 2 heavy vehicle authorisation (permit); and
(b)
a mass or dimension exemption (permit).
(2)
In this Part—permit means a permit specified in subsection (1)(a) or (b).
