Terms of appointment

In force

An instrument of appointment of a person as interim manager for the business of a funded ancillary provider must state the following matters—

(a)

the person’s name;

(b)

details of the ancillary housing service provided by the funded ancillary provider;

(c)

details of the person’s function as interim manager;

(d)

any limitations on the person’s powers as interim manager;

(e)

the period of the appointment;

(f)

any conditions of the appointment;

(g)

anything else the chief executive considers appropriate.
