29 Registering persons beneficially entitled

(1)

A person who is beneficially entitled under a will to a purchaser’s interest in a section contract may ask the chief executive to register a transmission of the purchaser’s interest to the person.

(2)

After receiving a written request to register the transmission, the chief executive may register the transmission.

(3)

However, the chief executive may register the transmission only if—

(a)

the purchaser’s personal representative gives written approval; and

(b)

the chief executive is satisfied the person is beneficially entitled to the interest.
