1087 Existing proceedings not affected by ch 15A, pt 2
(1)
This section applies in relation to a proceeding that—
(a)
started, but was not completed, before the commencement; and
(b)
relates to employees’ wage entitlements before the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 15A, part 2 does not affect the outcome of the proceeding.
