1088 No double payment of 2019 wage adjustment
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
on the commencement, a certified agreement is varied under chapter 15A, part 3; and
(b)
after the commencement, another agreement (the replacement agreement) is certified under chapter 4 that covers the employees who were covered by the certified agreement mentioned in paragraph (a).
(2)
The replacement agreement must not provide for an additional wage increase in relation to 2019.
(3)
This section applies despite chapter 4.
