204 Inconsistency with equal remuneration orders etc.
The commission must refuse to grant a part 5 application if the commission considers a provision of the proposed bargaining instrument—
(a)
is inconsistent with a provision of chapter 5, part 3; or
(b)
is inconsistent with an order by the commission under a provision mentioned in paragraph (a); or
(c)
seeks to prohibit or restrict an application being made under chapter 5, part 3.
