406E Declaration that contract is courier service contract
The commission may make an order declaring that a contract is a courier service contract if satisfied the contract—
(a)
has the effect of avoiding the provisions of this chapter; and
(b)
provides for, or affects, the remuneration and working conditions of an independent courier who transports goods under arrangements made by another person; and
(c)
is not a contract of employment between the independent courier and another person.
