547B Definitions for division
In this division—
industrial tribunal, for an unpaid amount claim, means—
(a)
for a claim started by an application to a magistrate—the magistrate; or
(b)
for a claim started by an application to the commission—the commission.
unpaid amount claim means a claim that may be made by application under section 379, 386, 396 or 476.
