547H Orders giving effect to conciliation agreements
(1)
A party to an unpaid amount claim may apply to the industrial tribunal for the claim for an order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process.
(2)
However, a party may apply for the order only after the conciliator’s certificate about the conciliation process is filed with the registrar.
(3)
The industrial tribunal may make any order giving effect to an agreement reached in a conciliation process the industrial tribunal considers appropriate in the circumstances.
