711 Declaration about eligibility or ceasing to hold office
(1)
An organisation, a member of the organisation or the registrar may apply to the court for a declaration that, because of this division, a person—
(a)
is not, or was not, eligible to be a candidate or to be elected to an office for the organisation; or
(b)
has ceased to hold an office for the organisation.
(2)
Despite anything in the organisation’s rules, the court may make an order it considers appropriate to give effect to the declaration.
