847 Registration of constituent part on withdrawal
(1)
On the withdrawal day for a withdrawal the registrar must—
(a)
enter in the register the withdrawal and the proposed organisation’s name as an organisation; and
(b)
give the organisation a certificate of registration in the approved form.
(2)
Section 611 applies to the organisation as if the commission had granted an application for its registration under part 2 on the withdrawal day for the withdrawal.
