848 Members of constituent part may join newly registered organisation
(1)
This section applies to a person who is a member of the amalgamated organisation from which a constituent part withdrew to form a newly registered organisation.
(2)
The person may, if the person is eligible for membership, become a member of the newly registered organisation without paying an entrance fee.
