872 Primary function of administrator
(1)
An administrator for an organisation or a branch of an organisation has, during the administrator’s term of office and to the exclusion of any other person, the function of the conduct and management of the affairs of the organisation or branch.
(2)
However, the function of the administrator may be limited by the administrator’s notice of appointment.
