876 Protection from liability
(1)
An administrator for an organisation or a branch of an organisation is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
(2)
If subsection (1) prevents civil liability attaching to a person, the liability attaches instead to the State.
