974 Invited representatives
(1)
The Minister may, after consulting with the members of the consultative committee, invite an entity to nominate a representative (an invited representative) to participate in meetings of the consultative committee or a subcommittee.
(2)
The invited representative—
(a)
may participate in meetings of the consultative committee or a subcommittee but does not become a member of the consultative committee or subcommittee; and
(b)
stops being entitled to participate in meetings of the consultative committee or subcommittee when the Minister decides to end the nomination.
