987 Inaccurate descriptions
A misnomer, inaccurate description or omission (an inaccuracy) in or from a document given under this Act does not prevent or limit the operation of this Act in relation to the subject matter of the inaccuracy, if the subject matter is sufficiently clear to be understood.
