58 Exemption—inconsistency with confidentiality provision
An agency need not comply with division 2 in relation to an eligible data breach of the agency to the extent the compliance would be inconsistent with a provision of an Act of the
Commonwealth or a State that prohibits or regulates the use or disclosure of the information.
