100 Declarations of interests by statutory office holders
Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement—
the integrity commissioner and the relevant Minister have a statement about the interests of a statutory office holder given to the integrity commissioner and the relevant Minister; and
the statement would have complied with section 72C if that section had been in force before the commencement.
On the commencement, the statutory office holder is taken to have complied with section 72C.
Subsection (4) applies if, immediately before the commencement—
a person was a statutory office holder; and
subsection (1) does not apply to the person.
The person must comply with section 72C(2) within 1 month after the commencement.
In this section—commencement means the commencement of this section.statutory office holder means a statutory office holder mentioned in section 72C(1).
