20 Request by chief executive
(1)
The chief executive of a public service entity may ask for the integrity commissioner’s advice on an ethics or integrity issue involving a designated person employed in the public service entity.
(2)
The chief executive of a government entity who is nominated by the Minister under section 12(1)(e) may ask for the integrity commissioner’s advice on an ethics or integrity issue involving a senior executive equivalent who is—
(a)
nominated by the Minister under section 12(1)(e); and
(b)
employed in the entity managed by the chief executive.
