33A Disclosure to Assistant Minister
The integrity commissioner must give to an Assistant Minister a copy of a relevant document relating to a particular ministerial advisor who gives advice to the Assistant Minister if—
(a)
the Assistant Minister asks for a copy of the document; and
(b)
the person is a person about whom the Assistant Minister may request advice under section 20C.
