48 Who may apply
(1)
An entity (the applicant) may apply to the integrity commissioner for registration as a lobbyist.
(2)
The application may be for registration of—
(a)
the applicant; or
(b)
the applicant and each officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant; or
(c)
if the applicant is already a registered lobbyist—an officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant and who is not a listed person for the applicant.
