The integrity office is a statutory body for the Financial Accountability Act 2009 and the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
(2)
The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982, part 2B sets out the way in which the integrity office’s powers under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
