85K Report about performance of functions
The integrity commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, give the Speaker and the parliamentary committee a written report about the performance of the commissioner’s functions for the financial year.
The report must include, in relation to the financial year to which it relates, the matters prescribed by regulation.
The report must not disclose information likely to identify a specific request for the integrity commissioner’s advice on an ethics or integrity issue, including information likely to identify an individual—
who requested the integrity commissioner’s advice; or
about whom the integrity commissioner’s advice was requested.
The chair of the parliamentary committee must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 3 sitting days after the committee receives the report.
