6A What is treatment order information
Information, about a person to whom a treatment order applies, is treatment order information if it is—
(a)
either—
(i)
obtained by a treatment order agency in the performance of the agency’s functions under an Act or other law or in the performance by a person employed or engaged by the agency of a function under an Act or other law; or
(ii)
obtained by a service provider in the performance of the provider’s functions under an agreement entered into by the provider with the State or in the performance by a person employed or engaged by the agency of a function under the agreement; and
(b)
relevant to a purpose mentioned in section 6B.
