93 Adjournment on non-appearance
Where any witness, defendant or other person does not appear at any time and place to which the hearing is adjourned or that has been specified in the notice referred to in section 91 or that has been determined, the justices who are then present may adjourn the hearing. hdg prec s 94 om 1992 No. 40 s 46
