22 Fee exemption for record of particular decisions
(1)
This section applies in relation to the supply of a record of a decision (including an order or a record of conviction) under section 154(1A) of the Act to a person about whom the decision was made.
(2)
Despite section 20(1), no fee is payable under schedule 3, item 5(a) by the person for the supply of the record.
