21 Reservation of minerals, petroleum etc.
Each deed of grant, deed of grant in trust or lease issued under this Act is subject to the reservations and conditions authorised or required under this or another Act.
Note—The Mineral Resources Act 1989, section 8, the Petroleum Act 1923, section 10 and the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004, section 27 provide that each grant and lease issued under this Act is subject to the reservation of the minerals and petroleum mentioned in the sections.
