26C Effect of resumption of forest entitlement area
If a forest entitlement area is resumed under section 24, the reservation is discharged and compensation is payable only for—
(a)
improvements existing on the forest entitlement area before the reservation was made; and
(b)
if building of improvements on the forest entitlement area were authorised by the chief executive and the authorisation has not specifically excluded the payment of compensation—the improvements authorised.
