286 Form of documents
(1)
A document lodged by a person or issued by the registrar of titles must be in the appropriate form.
(2)
A document required or permitted to be executed must be in the appropriate form when it is executed.
(3)
In this Act, a reference to a particular type of document is a reference to the document completed in the appropriate form.
