31C Applying for dedication of reserve
(1)
A person may apply to the Minister for the dedication of unallocated State land as a reserve for 1 or more of the purposes mentioned in section 31(1)(a), (b) or (c).
(2)
However, before applying, the person must give notice of the person’s intention to make the application to—
(a)
if the person is not the proposed trustee of the reserve—the proposed trustee; and
(b)
each person with a registered interest in the unallocated State land.
(3)
The person may also give notice to any other person the first person considers has an interest in the unallocated State land.
