34G Person to give up possession
(1)
On the revocation of the dedication of all or part of a reserve under this subdivision, a person occupying land the subject of the revocation must immediately vacate the land.
(2)
A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1), and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land.
Note—Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7, part 2.
