481E Registration cancels occupation licence
(1)
All or part of an occupation licence may be cancelled by registering a cancellation notice or plan of subdivision.
(2)
However, if the cancellation relates to only part of a lot, the cancellation may only be made by registering a plan of subdivision.
(3)
The cancellation of all or part of an occupation licence takes effect on the day a cancellation notice or plan of subdivision is registered.
