481F Registration surrenders occupation licence
(1)
All or part of an occupation licence may be surrendered, absolutely, by registering a surrender notice or plan of subdivision.
(2)
However, if the surrender relates to only part of a lot, the surrender may only be made by registering a plan of subdivision.
(3)
The surrender of all or part of an occupation licence takes effect on the day a surrender notice or plan of subdivision is registered.
