521ZJ Particular existing forfeiture procedures
(1)
This section applies to a proceeding commenced before the commencement of this section for the forfeiture of a lease under chapter 5, part 4, division 3, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2)
This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to apply to the proceeding as if the Vegetation Management Framework Amendment Act 2013, part 3 had not been enacted.
