537 Particular applications taken to have been made to the chief executive
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
immediately before the commencement, a provision of this Act required or permitted an application to be made to the Minister; andExamples—former section 23A, 34H or 38G
(b)
on the commencement—
(i)
the provision requires or permits the application to be made to the chief executive; and
(ii)
the application has not been decided.
(2)
The application is taken to have been made to the chief executive.
