538 Particular things taken to have been done by chief executive
(1)
This section applies in relation to a function of the chief executive under this Act if, before the commencement, the function was a function of the Minister.
Examples—former section 48, 240E, 240F, 240G or 243
(2)
From the commencement, any performance or exercise of the function by the Minister before the commencement is taken to be a performance or exercise of the function by the chief executive to the extent the context permits.
(3)
In this section—function includes a power.
