50 Delegation by registrar
(1)
The registrar may delegate the registrar’s functions or powers under this Act or another Act to the deputy registrar.
(2)
The registrar may, with the president’s approval, delegate the registrar’s functions or powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified officer of the Land Court.
