50A Associates
(1)
The president may appoint a person nominated by a member as an associate to the member.
(2)
An associate is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(3)
An associate holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council.
(4)
An associate is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022.
