52A Meaning of recommendatory provision
In this division—recommendatory provision means—
section 32F; or
the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003, part 6, division 5 and part 7, division 6; or
the Environmental Protection Act 1994, chapter 5, part 5, division 3, subdivision 3; or
the following provisions of the Mineral Resources Act 1989—
sections 72 and 75 to 78;
sections 265, 268 and 269;
section 318BC; or
the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004, sections 320 and 363I; or
the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003, part 6, division 5 and part 7, division 6; or
another provision of this Act or another Act that confers an administrative function on the Land Court.
