In this division—amendment Act means the Land Sales and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014.commencement means the commencement of this division.contract includes agreement as defined under old section 6.e-conveyancing see the Property Law Act 1974, section 58A.lot includes allotment as defined under old section 6.new, in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force immediately after the commencement.old, in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force at any relevant time before the commencement.
