Note—The following provisions provide for the continued application of part 3 of this Act as in force before the commencement to particular contracts for the sale of particular proposed lots—
• the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997, section 444
• the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980, section 141
• the South Bank Corporation Act 1989, section 140.
