29 Continuation of particular rights of prosecution

(1)

This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed, before the commencement, an offence against a provision of old part 2.

(2)

Proceedings for the offence may be continued or started and the court may hear and decide the proceedings, as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.

(3)

This section applies despite the Criminal Code, section 11.
