63P Registration of transfer
(1)
If land is sold under the order to sell, the person stated in the order for this section must—
(a)
sign a transfer in the appropriate form in favour of the purchaser; and
(b)
lodge the transfer with the registrar of titles.
(2)
The registrar of titles must register the transfer as if it had been signed by the registered owner of the land.
(3)
Subsection (2) applies despite non-production of the relevant instrument of title.
