177 Valuer-general’s decision on internal review

(1)

The valuer-general must make a decision on an application for internal review and must give the applicant an information notice for the decision within 28 days after the application is made.

(2)

If a decision under subsection (1) is not made within the 28-day period, the valuer-general is taken to have made a decision, confirming the original decision, at the end of the period.
