186 Who may apply for direction
(1)
The owner of a parcel may apply to the valuer-general for a direction (a suppression direction) excluding the owner’s name and address for service from—
(a)
the publicly available parts of the valuation rolls; and
(b)
other documents kept under this Act relating to the parcel.
(2)
If the parcel has more than 1 owner, the application may be made jointly by all persons who have an interest in the parcel.
