190 Notice of decision
(1)
The valuer-general must, as soon as practicable, give the applicant notice of the decision.
(2)
If the decision was to approve the application, the notice must be accompanied by a copy of the suppression direction made.
(3)
If the decision was not to grant the application, the notice must be an information notice.
