278 Parcel becomes a declared parcel
(1)
On the commencement, each parcel the subject of a separation direction becomes a declared parcel.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not affect the continued operation of the saved former provisions.
(3)
Also, for applying the saved former provisions, a declared parcel is taken to be a parcel the subject of a separation direction.
