279 Converted declared parcel direction may be repealed
(1)
This section applies to a declared parcel under section 278.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 278(1) does not affect the valuer-general’s power under section 53 to declare that the parcel is no longer a declared parcel.
